instead of changing their behavior, people just find new people who don’t know their history and start the cycle all over again. that’s actually scary. the problem was never who they left, it was what they refused to change.
cheaters, abusers, and habitual liars really think they can hurt people, walk away, and just start over like nothing happened. life has a funny way of reminding people that their actions still have consequences.
You don’t need to be chosen by them. You need to meet yourself more deeply and understand why you were willing to stay attached to something that felt intense but wasn’t truly aligned with you. Low compatibility with high chemistry is one of life’s fastest lessons in self worth. Because chemistry can make you overlook the things that don’t work. It can make inconsistency feel exciting, uncertainty feel like passion and potential feel like a future. But strong feelings don’t automatically mean someone is right for you. Sometimes the person who gives you the strongest butterflies is also the person who teaches you the hardest lesson: you can deeply desire someone and still choose not to abandon yourself for them. The lesson isn’t to stop wanting love. It’s to stop confusing intensity with alignment. You don’t need them to choose you. You need to choose yourself deeply enough that chemistry is no longer enough to make you ignore incompatibility.
A narcissist’s envy is really quite creepy and disturbing.
They fixate on you like they want to be you, but at the same time they want everyone else to hate you, so they tell lies about you and they convince even themselves you’re a bad person so that they can mimic you or take your aura while convincing themselves they are the original.
Like…what the unholy fuck?
Destiny swapping is so scary. Someone just becomes jealous or infatuated with you and BOOM they wanna be you. & even when you try to avoid and detach yourself from them somehow they are somewhere still spiritually pulling on your energy and siphoning from you. Stalking, copying, trying to gain proximity in any way even if it’s negative, trying to destroy you, even going as far as doing spell work against you, your beauty, your relationships and finances. & all you did was exist
I believe people’s actions can tell you everything their words try to hide. Someone can tell you they respect, value and care about you, but if their behaviour repeatedly shows a lack of consideration, believe what you’re being shown. You don’t have to keep searching for explanations or convincing yourself that their intentions are different from their behaviour. When someone consistently treats you like you don’t matter, take it for what it is. Words can say anything. Actions reveal what someone truly values. Pay attention to what they do.
the unfortunate part about repressing traumatic memories so you don’t have to deal with them is eventually you have to deal with them but now the memories are so hazy that you cant remember exactly happened and that on its own will haunt you
you’re the only home you’ll ever know. decorate yourself with love and compassion, furnish yourself with inner learning, declutter yourself with reflection, and don’t let the dust of routine pile up on your soul. let your own heartbeat be the soulful music that fills every room .
Intelligent people struggle with addiction. Their minds need more. More depth. More to disappear into. They have obsessions nobody around them shares. Philosophy. Literature. Astronomy. Documentaries. Quantum physics. Dostoevsky. Kant. Books, music, films, ideas they've gone so deep into that ordinary conversation starts to feel like small talk. And small talk feels like suffocation. So... they drink. Work until 2 am. Doomscroll until they feel nothing. Because there is a gap between who you are and the conversations available to you. And sometimes, that gap becomes unbearable. And it's one of the loneliest places a person can live.
