Most of the time these pos handle challan machines issue to their SI/ASI which is illegal and can be challenged in the court. People usually avoid court but its more economical

Central Government must amend this archaic Delhi Special Police Establishment Act of 1946 which controls CBI. As per this archaic Act, CBI need State Government's permission to enter the State to raid or probe on Central Govt offices in that State.... Instead of diluting CBI's powers by Modi Govt in 2018 by amending Prevention of Corruption Act on Sanction to Probe/Prosecute, the Govt should have changed thi archaic DSPE Act.
2018, Amendment of Prevention of Corruption Act has really spoiled CBI - becoz Officers need clearance to start basic probe. Except in cash demand on bribery cases, Officers have to file 14 page note on need of the probe and get clearance, that too from the corrupt officer's Dept head ...

Kudos to my team of officers of the Idol Wing CID who painstakingly traced the Tirumangai Alvar bronze from the Soundararaja Perumal Temple, Sundara Perumal Koil (Kumbakonam) to the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford. It is heartening that the museum has now agreed to return the idol to Tamil Nadu.
There are roughly 100 influential automotive journalists in India who help shape public opinion and the direction of the auto industry. Yet not one of them is seriously questioning ethanol blending, E85, isobutanol in diesel, or the long-term impact these policies may have on consumers. The silence is deafening.
Why? Because speaking against powerful interests comes at a cost.
I have experienced it myself. When I criticized Mahindra, people connected to the company started making inquiries about me, my earnings, and even attempted to influence me.
Now there are efforts to pursue defamation claims. When I spoke about Tata’s vehicles, I was subjected to personal attacks, and event invitations for my team were affected. Recently, after posting a video about ethanol, I received pressure and threats that ultimately led to the video being taken down.
This is why I openly say that much of the automotive media ecosystem is compromised. Paid promotions, paid tweets, and sponsored narratives are far more common than people realize. I know how these systems work, and I believe that is one of the reasons why very few are willing to speak critically about ethanol-related policies.
The reality is that millions of consumers will be affected by these decisions. Don’t wait for journalists to be your voice people must speak for themselves.
As for me, I will continue to ask questions and share my views. I have never done paid posts, and I never will. No amount of pressure, influence, or money will change that! 🙏🏻

Breaking: A fuel policy affecting 234 million vehicles was rolled out with:
• No formal consumer notification

But sure, "well considered policy."

The inter-ministerial committee formed to study E20 complaints consisted of IOCL, ARAI, and SIAM, the same bodies that designed, tested, and benefit from the E20 programme.
Asking them to investigate E20 damage is like asking a restaurant to inspect its own kitchen after a food poisoning outbreak.
