@TicketmasterCS not impressed with the call centre on hold 30 minutes & told its the wrong department transferred me back to the start then I call back and they hang up on me. Trying to change my card detail for Ed Sheehan not happy and calling from Australia & costing me lots!

@British_Airways Tried to submit complaint online and over the phone several times both come up with errors, no response to direct messages, 5 days still with no bag and no answers or apologies from BA, absolute disgrace!
@British_Airways Thank you for the link, disgrace after a 3 hour delay no use of toilets on board and now lost our suitcase, would never recommend BA after this experience
@British_Airways@BBCWatchdog Queue for nearly 4 hours to drop a bag and then they let people who just arrive on the same flight walk to the front? No apologies for the queue or see anyone walk the queue to give advice, no update on our flight now we are sat on the airport floor with no staff around?
@British_Airways@BBCWatchdog Shocking, disgusting service in JFK airport I understand you don’t control the weather but surely you must have a say in your staffs manners? Where do I go to make a written complaint please?
