@FirstChoiceUK Wont be rebooking with First choice it may only be £100 I have lost but you have lost a loyal customer of 15 years and the Cruise that I was going use the refund credit to rebook for a family of 8! Will just be changing the refund credit into a cash refund Now !

@FirstChoiceUK Yes let's continue there so no one else can see the reply that you have sent! Under the terms and conditions it states all amendment fees are not refundable! So you just keep my £100 for cancelling a holiday that isnt going ahead due to covid ! And you get away with it under T&C

@Webbo2306@Ryanair They told me not to show up for my flight as I would be refused entry as its only Spanish national's that are allowed into spain! But no refund as the flight is not cancelled!makes no sense!
