@thameswater I’ve got yet another letter to my address about unpaid water for a number of years. This address and the whole building has its water paid by the management company. This is the second time I’ve had this letter an account was closed for this address previously

@Hermesparcels drivers never bother to deliver the parcels to the front door in my apartment complex, they just take them all to the concierge and drop them off - they don’t even try if we are in or not. So lazy. Hope they don’t get paid per parcel

@classpass hi I have a class booked at 12.30 at broadgate 1 rebel. I have a meeting come up, I called them to move this to Friday and they said classpasss has to do this. When I email classpass they always take about 5 days to respond :(

@FemmeLuxe_CS hey, I ordered a loungewear set from you which I loved! I put it on to wear it for the first time and realised there was a hole in the leg along the seam. I was at home so carried on wearing then washed it and it shrunk! Pls could I be refunded

@Hermesparcels I think your Hermes driver is struggling to find my office as no Hermes parcels are ever delivered any more and are returned even though every other delivery company is delivering
