@virginmedia Being busy is understandable but cutting people off after an hour waiting and sending them online back to phoning is hard going. I'm canceling my direct debit until this blows over and someone can contact me to adjust my package. Cannot afford a bill increase right now.
Sent ANOTHER email to @Groupon_UK asking for a manager to reply to me since im getting nowhere with customer service on email or twitter. Seems my money has vanished now

@Groupon_UK purchased a deal accidentally emailed offer credit. Really need refund emailed no reply DM asked loads of questions passed to email who copy and pasted first email now no reply. Im £100 down and your not helping. Gutted. Customer service at its worst.
