It took them over 1.5 months for a dress to arrive after purchasing and when it arrived the bottom of the dress was made from trash bags. Literally! Been chasing them for over a month. wont give me return address for a refund.

@VerisureUK getting chased for payment on a contract that I have been trying to terminate for two months. After 14 emails not one response but I get a call from the attached mobile number saying their calling from Verisure debt department… how unprofessional can one company be?
@VerisureUK 26 days after I contacted you to cancel my contract I am still waiting on confirmation. When I contact CS I have to hold for nearly and hour and then your agent tells me she can’t confirm anything… what’s the point of them?’b
@easyJet disgusting service. 3rd flight of the summer delayed by over two hours. No staff at the airline desk… After calling internal CS multiple times a guy answered… was told that for every two hours delayed £3 compensation. Which will be reimbursed after you submit receipts!
@eassyjet Please can you let me know what it is you can do for me? Your colleague was adamant there was nothing that could be done. FYI can’t even buy a coffee at Gatwick with £3!
Emailed Groupon many times now still not heard back. Ordered a king size bed from them. Spent 3 hours putting it together. 2 weeks in and the bed creeks, the fabric still smells of damp and the slats keep falling down. Can’t explain how disappointed I am @Groupon_UK
@ACHICALiving so disappointed in your service. Ordered some alessi crockery on the 12th Feb. Was meant to be delivered at the latest on the 20th. After many emails and submissions thru your website this is what I get. What a joke!
