@TheWorstFounder When you have a lot of them (as we do with our GraphQL resolvers), garbage collection of them is the majority of our CPU usage. There's a lot of async context creation - they are tiny, but costly to cleanup.

@matteocollina There's a few caveats - while array of foreign keys is in late SQL standards, Postgres does not support them yet; your choices of index types is also limited (and this can have significant performance impact).

Do you think there is a market for web standards focused training?

Not necessarily counter to React/modern JS but rather as a path to building more performant, accessible and resilient applications. Maybe even starting w those tools and teaching how to migrate out.

@kuizinas If it can cause further data corruption, I'd vote for error. In case just an anomaly, warn level logging and if the architecture permits passing some meta info to customer, I'd expose some warning yo user, too.

@bebraw When talking about simplicity, @datocms works for us. Even if our service is fully homebrew graphql, we did not bother writing one of our own for content.
