Not sure what is worse, @XfinitySupport online chat reps taking ages to type their replies and not understanding what I want from them, or the call center reps that keep reading the text they were given, on and on.... regardless of the issue I was calling for.
#Airbnb is holding my money since February. Their customer service never replied to my emails, and their twitter help desk been asking me to wait patiently for the past 14 days, and counting. Worst customer service ever...

@AstrobioMike Thank you for the update! I have published a thank you comment to the authors on the bioRxiv webpage. I went over the list and it seems that some samples (all from Rifle, CO) are actually from sediments and groundwater, not soil.
Could the authors publish Supplementary Tables 1-2 mentioned in the text as there is no information as to which samples were actually used in this study? I have serious doubts that these are all soil samples... #bioRxiv https://t.co/2ton9LdzRt
@kristenobacter @BowenLab1 @surt_lab The new user agreement applies for data from 2019 and after. It declares that permission should be asked if you are using data generated in the past 2 years. But the data is also automatically deposited in Genbank, so I cannot see how JGI's Data Usage Policy can be enforced.
@milja001 @PatSchloss @surt_lab This is only partially true. 1. The authors did not contact the data-generators as requested by JGI data policy. 2. Sequenced data is uploaded by JGI to Genbank immediately after it is generated. Thus anyone can download and use it without even being aware of JGI's data policy.
