Your network had technical challenges yesterday and 37GB worth of Data just disappeared from my dashboard/sim card when the expiry date was not due yet. Pls do check and rectify this for me.

@GCBBankLimited Why is your customer service so bad like that? For about a week now I have been sending whatsapp, email and even calls. A simple password reset you haven't responded to me.
@AskMTNGhana My actual airtime have been deducting anytime I do make a call. However I do have mashup airtime of over 700 minutes.
I called earlier and I was told the issue has been worked on, yet the problem persist.
