I’m not defending the merits of @ComicDaveSmith overall argument on this topic. But in this “hypothetical” he did specify that the bomber of the building knows that there are innocent people in the building and bombs it anyway in order to hit a single target, knowing that he is killing innocent people.

So to tee up the rebuttal on the basis that the bomber did not know there were innocents…is completely disingenuous.
