@SouthAlabamaMBB He was the only one who could hit 3s from South tonight. Tough loss. They played much better in the 2nd half and had a chance to tie or win with 7 seconds left. Tough losing streak lately, but hopefully they get out of it before the Sunbelt Tourney!

@JaxEsq I just watched the story on the McD Monopoly. Had no idea!! I always thought that as a kid, I could hit the jackpot as well! Had no idea about this story. Only if that guy would have avoided getting super greedy, he probably would have gotten away with it!

@hmntre I have dealt with those in my bankruptcy practice. You can threaten them with a potential BK and may write off. Sometimes not. I put a 21 yr old in ch 7 years ago on $450k medical debt that he was NEVER able to pay bqck but they wouldn't relent. Talk to a local bk lawyer.

@DuckDuckJD What court? We have that happen in bankruptcy court sometimes and its usually a disaster!

@DuckDuckJD It is different scoring algorithms. The credit bureaus use FICO scoring models. Some banks/CC use their own formulas. So they are always different. @creditkarma uses a slightly different model the the bureaus. I have clients use that one as its only 10-20 points different.
