Instead of speaking from the treasury benches, a podium next to Speaker's chair would have been the right place for Justice Isa to address the parliament. Article 57 of the Constitution only entitles certain individuals to speak from the floor of the house.
Looking at the draft having no space between lines and paragraphs is no less than a punishment. Wonder if judge would even have a look at the application.

The PSO Petrol pump in the F8 Markaz employs deaf attendants. If you’re around there, visit the pump & congratulate the management. Let’s encourage them to make it routine. Also, smile your biggest smile at the attendant(s) & give them a thumbs up. Make Pakistan care for all!
I feel sorry for Shehbaz Gill. He seems to be in serious pain but it should be time for PTI to introspect that how stupid their leadership looked when they mocked illness of their opponents and their family members. They've got the taste of their own medicine.
@KhayamBaloch94 Speaking of momentum, every party had it but PTI candidates in comparison to PPP have not been getting either political or financial support from the party. Also in a number of areas PPP started development schemes (though banned by ECP) and now they've ample time to complete it.
Election postponement is actually favourable for PPP alone. It may benefit MQM in Karachi to an extent but for GDA and PTI it will be a severe blow to survive. I wonder what made GDA concur the decision.
As BB @AseefaBZ concluded her historic popular rally, the 2nd phase of LB polls got postponed. Coincidence? Opponents hv been given a month long relief/ extension to strengthen their position, yet Jiyalas aren't reacting violently on SM against ECP.

As legally Deputy Speaker or the Speaker for that matter wasn't empowered to summarily refuse no confidence motion, SC has rightly decided against it while maintaining the separation of powers between the state organs. IK's departure is certain and so is action against him. 6/
Since diplomatic cable was a routine correspondence by the ambassador with his country and that too wasn't proven to be an actual threat at a judicial forum confirming meddling of a foreign country in the internal affairs of Pakistan, it was used to achieve political mileage. 2/
To IK's surprise Supreme Court declared all the actions taken between 3rd to 7th April of turning down no confidence motion to President's requisition for appointment of interim PM ultra vires to the constitution. Now a possible action under Article 6 awaits IK and his allies. 5/
Imran Khan's "surprise" move has surprised himself. Deputy Speaker's ruling was patently illegal. He couldn't have arbitrarily turned down no confidence motion without any basis. If alleged diplomatic cable was investigated and "threat" had been proved, he could've used it. 1/
