For doctors who have these days down as bank holiday with no requirement to attend work in their rota, this is a change in their rota with less than the 6 weeks’ notice needed and therefore not enforceable, as it would constitute a breach of contract.

we’ve waited for weeks for an @LABC_Warranty certificate since inspection and we’ve received nothing and heard nothing. It is the only thing left for purchase! Everything else is done! Come on @LABC_Warranty what’s going on?!

@LABC_Warranty Thanks.Apparently you have a new underwriter so the application is being done manually by old underwriter as already paid. More than 3 weeks now without knowing when it’ll come through is just too long. It’s costing us emotionally and financially! This is not ok. @Chief_Exec_LABC
