"If your mom and pop shop can't compete with the wealthiest municipal government stealing 30% of your own revenue + tax $$ from 8.5 million people to undercut your prices, you shouldn't be in business"
Socialists are truly the dumbest people on earth.
Communist NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani, who just came to this country, chose to become an American, is deciding he is the foremost authority to tell Americans what it means to be American.
He has the AUDACITY, on America's 250th birthday, to call our great nation "an arena of supremacy" — a nation that "persecutes," ruled by "oligarchs."
He sneers that his fellow Americans are "small, weak, unoriginal."
He says “ICE is invading our streets” while he endorses and welcomes an invasion of third-world savages.
Millions dream of the gift he was given.
A man who spends his time burning the most American city to the ground does not deserve to be America, let alone dictate to others what it means to be an America.
Introducing Superblocks 2.0: AI-generated enterprise apps – finally under IT control.
Vibe-coded apps just became the #1 attack vector in the enterprise.
Business teams are building on production data, while IT has zero visibility.
No reviews. No audits. No permissions. No control.
AI hackers are about to get 100x better. Anthropic proved it with Mythos.
Superblocks 2.0 is the only platform to take back control:
> Business teams build AI-powered apps with permissions baked in.
> IT and Security can audit everything and lock down anything, instantly.
> Engineering sets the standards. Every app follows them.
Instacart, SoFi, and LinkedIn run Superblocks in production today.
And larger organizations we can't yet name are too:
A Fortune 500 just shut down 2,500 Replit users to standardize on Superblocks, running the platform air-gapped in their AWS environment.
A 150,000-employee global services firm replaced Lovable with Superblocks to unlock AI-built apps on restricted internal systems.
Every IT leader we’ve demoed to using Replit, Lovable or v0 asked for early access.
Today we open access to the world.
The genie is out of the bottle on employee vibe coding.
Let it run wild, or take back control – https://t.co/8TEolq14Z5
These are the same people that fought building internet lines, cell towers, telephone cables, electrical systems, plumbing, printing presses, agriculture, etc etc since the beginning of time.
Civilization has to be dragged along because of people like this.
"Capitalism created the possibility of the win win win. It used to be a zero sum game where somebody won, somebody else lost.
The biggest mistake people make, intellectuals in particular, they still think we're in a zero sum world. They're obsessed with some billionaires because Bernie Sanders thinks that Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk somehow stole the money from the people.
They don't understand that it's this prosperity machine that's creating more, not just for those billionaires, but for everything that they're touching. They're creating value for their customers, they're creating value for their employees. Their suppliers are flourishing, their investors are seeing their capital go up. It can be reinvested and compound.
All philanthropy ultimately comes from business. That's where the profits are.
Where does all the taxes come from? It ultimately comes from business as well.
This is the engine that's lifting humanity out. The entrepreneurs are the drivers of that engine. Somebody like Elon Musk, he gets a very, very, very tiny sliver of the value that he creates for the whole world."

Suck John Mackey’s ruggedly individualistic balls, Mamdani.
The founder of Whole Foods on why capitalism is the greatest idea ever invented: it is the fountainhead of all prosperity.
Venezuela used to be much wealthier than Poland, which was suffering under socialism. Then Poland implemented free-market and capitalist principles and enjoyed an economic boom.
Venezuela chose socialism, which brought poverty and misery to its people.
That’s the difference.
Legendary clip…
"To those who say that the United States is only interested in our oil, I ask those people: What do you think the Russians and the Chinese wanted…
The recipe for Arepas?"
Yes, let us surrender our sovereignty to China and Russia and find our power grid or food or weapons shut off one morning. Truly truly insane moronic idea from someone whose time has passed.
NY AG is focused on fining car manufacturers for making the cars too easy to steal? But not focusing on the thieves themselves is backwards as fuck. This $9M fine is legal theft
Good job Sen Warren, you blocked Amazon from rescuing iRobot and in the process killed an American company while transferring its core assets to China.
The beauty of capitalism is that employees are free to leave and set up an employee-owned association to open a chain of sustainable, community-centered cafés.
I’m not even saying this cynically. They’d have access to cheaper capital than corporations do through SBA loans and there’s an argument that service will be better.
You can start with one or two coffee shops to try the model. If it doesn’t work well in small scale it’ll definitely not work for a 10,000 location chain.
You can pay everyone else including the CEO similar salaries and experiment with other models employees choose.
Maybe it’ll be successful (like Publix), maybe it’ll turn out to be a bad idea. The beauty is everyone is free to try and compete fairly.
would you look at that: yet another study finding that building more housing, even “luxury” condos, makes housing more affordable overall
left-NIMBYs are so frustrating because we share the same goal of more affordable housing, but their policies make housing less affordable
