Bucks/Badgers fan. All vacation plans on hold while BadgerVB season is underway.

@BadgerVB This is both amusing and offensive to watch. Let's level up and have them try some of Nigel Hayes' faves like syzygy, onomatopoeia, soliloquy, and pulchritude.

@emilyehman The highest recorded speed I've seen from Babcock is 58 mph. Let's give her 60mph.

A 10-ounce (0.28 kg) volleyball hitting your face at 60 mph (26.8 m/s) delivers an average impact force of 114 pounds (507 Newtons). My condolences to all liberos

@BadgerVB Easy on the roster shuffling, Coach! That was a bona fide sweep but turned into an unnecessary five setter trying to tinker with lineups.

It’s October and it’s time to settle on the rotations. Assuming Egan is out for the season, Sets 1-2 are the starters to close out the szn.

HUSTLE IS A TALENT

You don't have to tell others about your commitment or desire. Your actions will speak louder than your words. Great teams have great teammates.

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@Karley_Marotta I see a Wisconsin legend and a random old guy in a suit.

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@DennisPunzel @BadgerVB Finally framed it! The Alumni Match poster deserves its place right next to my Holy Grail.

@BadgerVB - hope we do this again in the future! The program keeps churning out legends past, present and future.

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@BadgerVB @UWHealth Sorry, *Kymora*. I’d be ticked too if someone misspelled my name

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@BadgerVB @UWHealth The Good: GLo swing is coming back. Chuck’s 54 assists and Kimora hitting .579 with 13 daggers

The Bad: Not good losing S3 to undersized Panthers. Just no.

The Ugly: the horrible gasses coming out of the free cushions. Field House smelled like a Crocs factory

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@BadgerVB @B1GVolleyball @UWHealth Stepping up from a huge deficit to take back that win! Charlie with a monster stat line and Champion holding her own vs Stowers in her debut.

God, I can’t wait until I retire so I can travel like @cheesetrader1 and watch all these glorious road victories in person

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@BadgerVB @UWHealth I love seeing #16 back on the block. Decelise already making her presence felt in her first five minutes!

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@cheesetrader1 Outdoor volleyball on teraflex is a spectacle, nothing more. I don’t want to watch a set affected by a gust of wind, let alone the huge risk of a serious injury.

Learn from this and keep the events indoors.

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@BadgerVB @UWHealth Halle can’t throw a ball, but she sure can hit it!

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@DODpsu @carterjlowe Aha, looking at the play by play sheet, you are right, I am wrong. Wrong rotation order. Thanks for the correction

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@BadgerVB @UWHealth I am having tourney-level heart palpitations and it’s not even Labor Day. Phenomenal crowd noise tonight. Happy we won but Gators earned my respect. They need to skyrocket in the rankings.

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@NikRule Any D-1 head coach who claims to not be spending most of the offseason fundraising and seeking new revenue and donor sources is lying.

Can’t imagine how coaches find joy in this. Growing the kids became secondary to keeping programs competitive and financially solvent.

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@BadgerVB @UWHealth Ups and downs expected. I am thrilled with the potential upside, just takes time to be consistent. Totally fixable issues with passing and hitting, but the blocking identity really needs to show up. Stanford middles feasted tonight.

Forward!

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@DennisPunzel @KellyPSheffield @BadgerVB She passed a perfect 3 vs Louisville! Once teams scout, they’ll decline to serve to her.

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@cheesetrader1 Well, on the plus side, rooting for Smrek’s clutch play made this fifth straight loss easier to digest

[lazeekat @lazeekat]

@LauraInMadtown @VBAdrenaline @SEC I hear you. I spent more than my Badger season tickets to attend the opening weekend at Fiserv. Some matches were fun... but a lot of error-prone, lopsided matches, and unpolished team play made me question the value.

In hindsight, I should have saved up for the B1G tourney.
