No need for costly construction, just staffing with nursing & teams

Staff all OR’s to 7:30 pm, & we could complete 50% more cases

Add staffing for some weekend time, and do even more

…all within the current infrastructure….

-Watch-and-wait/organ preservation
-Total Neoadjuvant Therapy
