Despite multiple follow-ups and emails, I have still not received my refund or any satisfactory response from your team. The complete lack of concern and delay in resolving a genuine customer issue is extremely disappointing.
Consider this my final request before I escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities, including @TRAI and @jagograhakjago
Kindly resolve the issue immediately and process my pending refund (with compensation) without further delay.
@JM_Scindia Sir kindly intervene 👏🏻

Heartiest congratulations to Com. Kamaljit Mohapatraji, Vice President of @fboioa_india and General Secretary of @BOIOAODISHA, on successfully completing the challenging Sar Pass Trek at an altitude of 13,850 feet.
Carrying the banner of FBOIOA and FBOIOA Connect to the summit reflects not only his determination, endurance and resilience, but also his unwavering commitment to the cause of the banking fraternity.
From the majestic heights of the Himalayas, he dedicated this remarkable achievement to the long-pending demand for 5 Days Banking.
Bankers serve the nation tirelessly while balancing immense professional responsibilities and personal commitments. A five-day working week is essential for better work-life balance, improved well-being, higher productivity and a sustainable banking environment.
The message from the summit is loud and clear:
“We serve every day — now it’s time to live 5 days a week.”
Proud of you, Comrade! Your achievement has taken the voice of FBOIOA and the demand for 5 Days Banking to new heights.

Officer's Union of Indian Overseas Bank - IOBOA decided to break it's affiliation from AIBOC (Largest Officers Union) and bond with NOBO (BMS Affiliated Union).
If you will be given Choice to choose one of them, what you will do and Why!
Deeply saddened by the unfortunate demise of Shri Bishal Brata Roy, a newly recruited DRO at Bank of Baroda. This tragic incident highlights the importance of continuously reviewing workplace conditions, employee well-being, and support systems in the banking sector.
The time calls for constructive introspection on training, staffing levels, workload management, transfer policies, mental health support, and employee-friendly HR practices.
A strong banking system must be built not only on performance, but also on the well-being, dignity, and professional growth of its workforce.
Heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

Do u have some sympathy amongst ur customers❓
Yesterday I called ur customer care for the refund nd he replied that the senior executive will call me back,
But till now I didn't receive any call from u.
Will file a complaint against u now in @TRAI@jagograhakjago
@Hellobanker_in Bankers are already working under extreme stress, no proper work-life balance & struggling for #5DaysBanking
Forcing them for Census & other non-banking duties beyond office hours is exploitation, not service
Let bankers do banking

Absolutely shameful service by @airtelindia in Amravati, MH.
Booked Airtel Black fibre on 28th April still no installation.
Zero accountability, zero response.
Local Airtel Store at Rajapeth representative Mr. Swapnil is completely unresponsive and unprofessional.
Is this how you treat customers ❓
Immediate action is required from @TRAI before this harassment continues.

Hi @DFS_India@FinMinIndia@RBI,
In the matter of #JituMunda, it is important to clarify to the nation that banking rules and KYC/documentation norms are framed to safeguard customers, prevent fraud, and ensure transparency in the financial system. These rules are not meant to harass anyone, but to protect the common people.
However, till now no clear official statement has been issued. Because of this silence, banks and bankers are facing severe trolling and criticism merely for performing their lawful duties and complying with regulatory guidelines.
We request the concerned authorities to come forward, explain the importance of these rules, and stand by banking staff who work every day to protect public money and maintain trust in the system.
Please speak up.

Alone, we may be noticed. Together, we become unstoppable.
This is the FINAL CALL - stand united, raise your voice, and show your protest against UNFAIR PLI.
Let our unity speak louder than silence.

An unfortunate and serious incident occurred when officials from ARB and Shirgaon Branch Bank Of India under Ratnagiri Zone were visiting an NPA borrower for recovery follow-up.
During the visit, the borrower along with his associates violently attacked the bank officials and the bank’s vehicle using an iron rod, causing damage to the vehicle. The situation turned extremely hostile; however, the bank officials acted with presence of mind and managed to escape from the spot, thereby avoiding any injuries.
Taking serious note of this incident, AIBOC Maharashtra State (MS-1) has immediately taken up the matter with the authorities. A formal representation has been submitted to the Superintendent of Police (SP) requesting strict and immediate action against the culprits and to ensure protection to bank officials performing their duties. 📄
Com. Satam, Com. Kishor Rodi, Com. Brajesh Mallick, Com. Shravika Vani, Com. Rakesh Kumbhare, Com. Sanket Ingale, Com. Sidhartha Waghmare, Com. Rushikesh, and Com. Kiran promptly coordinated on the ground. 🤝 Representatives from all the banks under the banner of AIBOC MS-1 extended their solidarity and actively supported the efforts to ensure that appropriate legal action is taken. ⚖️
We also received strong support and cooperation from the Ratnagiri and Kolhapur Zonal Office, which helped in taking timely and appropriate steps in the matter. 🙏
Under the guidance of Com. Nileshji, the issue was immediately pursued with the local administration and police authorities. An FIR has been lodged under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and other applicable laws, and we are closely monitoring the developments to ensure that strict action is taken against the accused. 🔍
AIBOC strongly condemns such attacks on bank officials who are public servants performing their duty of safeguarding public money. 🛡️ We remain united and committed to pursuing the matter until justice is ensured and the safety and dignity of bank officials are protected. @aiboc_ms1
Any serious discussion on Viksit Bharat and banking reforms cannot ignore ground realities.
Banks today are running with acute staff shortages, ever-increasing workloads, and mounting compliance pressures, while long-pending demands like #5DaysBanking continue to be ignored.
Strong banks are built by motivated, respected, and well-rested bankers — not by overworked officers stretched beyond limits. Expecting world-class performance without humane working conditions is neither sustainable nor fair.
If banks are to be future-ready and resilient, structural reforms must go hand in hand with employee welfare, fair transfer policies, work-life balance, and institutional strengthening.
Ignoring the voice of bankers weakens the very foundation of the financial system.
A truly Viksit Bharat needs healthy institutions and empowered employees.
Respect bankers. Strengthen banks. Secure the nation’s growth.
