@TUIUK This says the flight booking reference…there is no other booking number and I can’t log on to easyJet with it.

@easyJet You said you would get back to me about our cancelled flight - no one contacted me. We waited 28 hours in total to board a flight. Your website says our booking doesn’t exist, which makes it impossible to claim compensation/ refund. Holiday ruined. Absolutely abysmal.
