I swim at the same time the age group team practices so sometimes the coach gives me their workout but slower. Today I said, "Whatever they're doing looks hard" and he said, "It is, you wanna do it?" and I did (with some mods) and I didn't die. 💪

Today is the earliest the #AtlantaAllergyPollenCount has reached the Extremely High range in 30 years of pollen data from the Atlanta Allergy & Asthma Pollen Count Station.

Prior to today, the earliest date it reached the Extremely High range was March 16th, 2012!
