@SurveyMonkey - I think you should reconsider a better reminder system and more lenient refund policy when you are working with non-profits. We had a volunteer sign up to do a survey and now we are on the hook for $495 because they made an honest mistake in forgetting to cancel.
@USAA@USAA_help I have spent the better part of 6 weeks trying to become a member to get a USAA auto loan. Unbelievably frustrating - one of the worst service experiences for both me and my poor 89 year old father-in-law, the veteran.

@waze please stop sending the driving birds advertising carpool while I am driving. I can’t figure out how to get back to the map and it’s unsafe for me to try to figure it out while driving.
@Nordstrom - you guys sent me a jacket that I didn’t order. It came in a box by itself with no paperwork. How can I return it to you? I called but was on hold for quite some time and had to hang up.
@VZWSupport My 84 year old mom was taken advantage of by one of your local Verizon store reps when she sought to take my recently deceased dad off the account. She was bilked for $770. I raised the issue with your local store 7 days ago and they haven’t resolved it. Please help.
