Recently at Ability Expo in Houston, trade show for people with disabilities. Stayed at Double Tree Galleria for the pool. ADA POOL LIFT AND W/CHAIR STAIR CLIMBER BROKEN. NO SWIMMING FOR CHAIR BOUND SON! HOTEL SAID BROKE FOR MONTHS! ILLEGAL!

@chenj78 Im a Diamond, and my children, which are both in wheelchairs, recently stayed in your hotel. The kids were excited to go swimming in your roof top pool BUT Your pool lift & my kids hearts were both BROKEN. Devin was supposed to take care of us, never heard back.

@abilityexpo @HiltonHotels heads up for Disabled Community... The ADA Equipment at Double Tree by Hilton at the @Houston Galleria, to get to the pool (stairs only) and in the pool is broken and has been broken for months. Stayed her for Ability Expo Houston 2022
