Wyatt Young
Young is a 6-0/195 pound receiver who is transferring to OSU from UNT as a 4-Star, and has 2 years left of eligibility.

Young is part of the 3-headed monster of highly touted recruits being brought in from UNT with Coach Morris. He ranked 3rd in the FBS in receiving yards (1209) and 10th in Touchdowns.

Young has GREAT speed, and is GREAT at producing yards after catch. He can do it all in terms of the screen game, the intermediate game, and in stretching defenses. Part of that is that he runs such great routes, can make catches in traffic, and knows how to use his body to make contested catches.

He's also a former QB in HS, so he understands the whole offense and, in a way, can explain what the defense is doing. And, knowing their rotations and what their plan is gives him a BIG advantage in knowing how to beat them with his routes.

His goal is to find the "blind spots" in defenses and exploit those.

It will be interesting to see how he handles press coverage against the higher caliber athletes of the Big 12, but, beyond that, he's about as "plug and play" as it gets. #gopokes #okstate
