I like to organize my to-do list by attention type. It has saved me from needlessly stressing about "finding the time:"

📊 deep work: needs 60+ minutes, no distractions, 1-2/day max
📱open work: collaborative or maintenance, can be interrupted w/o losing momentum, multiple/day
