Made it through an overnight family trip to a water park and still kept the weight trend going down.

I ate some foods that aren’t the typical things I want to be eating but I kept the portions reasonable and didn’t pig out.

@CaryKelly11 I love doing a Mexican style chicken or ground beef/turkey soup. Can skip the tortillas to keep the carbs low.

If you get sick of chicken try different cuts of pork 🐷. Some leaner ones will have similar macros.
