@cybelethebest If they have never attempted to climb out… I had to get mine a small bed at 2, maybe earlier. But a friend came over and her then 4 year old climbed in and out of the kid and my kid then was cooying her and kind of succeeding!!

Building a PC is fun! Since we have mostly become a Mac family we have not done this in a while. But I must confess, it is a terrific learning opportunity for my kid, who has been reading all about components. Learning takes any form.

@0riettaRose Absolutely! That early start is not good for kids at all! Many struggle to wake up, especially teens. In college, students are heavily allergic to the pre-10am sessions. (I am too, btw, who can teach with energy at 8?). But… school is part daycare

@jessegenet 💯. The protection is in fact creating a much bigger problem for the youth. We parents have to help out kids navigate many technologies that present great potential but that require some gradual use. In my time TV. Then internet. AI now is no different in that regard
