@brokeonpurpose We paid exactly that for a "used" new car by buying the test drive model from the dealer. Never been owned, but had a few miles on it. Got the perks of new without the $$. Didn't even know that was a thing until we started looking!

On the plus side, there are 3 kids nearby quizzing a random stranger about the things her toddler enjoys, and their honest eagerness to suggest things he might like are heart-meltingly cute. #silverlining

Currently at the DMV, and they are making people wait outside in the full sun/heat when there is a perfectly open line area inside. Just in case it needed to be a more uncomfortable experience. 🌞🥵😡
