@DesFrontierTech IONQ would get virtually destroyed is core quantum approach is wrong. The optionality argument- many shot on goal- is crazy. If the core quantum compute strategy fails that would put the stock between $1-$5.
@TechInnovationz Who cares? Everything rides on core quantum computing deployment and commercial acceptance. Atom clocks, etc will not be important for shareholder value.
@rugerduke@genejchan Because the acquisitions were not accretive. Its an old game: acquire, acquire, acquire so YOY comparisons are useless so retail investors get scammed into thinking there is a growth story. The real growth is flat or minimal.
@genejchan What was the growth rate of their core tech Tempo/256 units? Absolute numbers?
All other revenue was bought and orthogonal to quantum computing .
@MarvenzzFranc Organic employee growth? That would be impressive or is it because they spent billions to buy orthogonal companies? Acquire, obscure real growth by giving numbers without contextโฆthe Nico SPAC playbook.
@BigBang14_@InvestorDenis IONQ needs a new CEO. Who on earth would trust this guy to do business? He has the anchoring in reality of a religious zealot. Heโs a promotor. IONQ needs a sober operator. No one cares about the 30 year head start he claims- just get 256, 10,000 out the door.
@InvestorDenis Fairy tale nonsense. Acquire, confuse the market with convoluted YOY growth without the context that the YOY growth is driven by acquisition not core demand growth. Showing these growth rates without context is dishonest
@DesFrontierTech They bought that additional revenue. Stop acting like its organic growth. Dilution to buy companies to increase revenue. Has that revenue added to eps or has it increased losses?
