For me, it was the frustration of getting to a point where I didn’t naturally understand something but also didn’t have the necessary skills to study it and fully grasp what I was trying to learn.

Reading comprehension was something I was always good at and it got me through every subject except math. But there was a lot I didn’t actually understand and that ended up hurting me over time.

@fw_naetoblaq Sleep hygiene and you just stick with it until it works and for like a couple weeks after.

Idk, it took me 28 years to have a good sleep schedule but sleep hygiene was the only thing that fixed it for the long term. I go to sleep between 10-11p and wake up at 5a now.

I didn’t think 75F would be considered a dangerous heat level but you would think that if it is, they should have done something about it.

Literally look at the Mayfield tornado that happened in Kentucky which was only an EF4.

Like these exact shootings happen every day but when it isn’t a cop, you guys have the exact opposite viewpoint. I don’t get it.
