@offerup Hey, I am having really annoying issues with your platform. I need a refund as my package arrived damaged and none of my messages on your platform are showing up in the chatbox and no one is responding to my support emails.

@offerup OfferUp has the worst customer support. I got one email saying I'd get a refund on a damaged item when USPS scanned the package and a second one saying I'd get the refund when the seller receives the package. All after a really frustrating claim process. I regret using OfferUp.

@OfferUpSupport I have sent messages to [email protected] and have not received an explanation as to why my refund is delayed. Therefore, I'm here asking again, why did one email tell me I'd be refunded when USPS scanned the package and another saying I wouldn't until the seller gets it?

@OfferUpSupport I received one email that said I would receive a refund when USPS scanned my return package and I just received a different email saying I would get it when the seller receives the package. Why are you changing your own rules?

@offerup @letgo You denied my request for a refund of a purchase that arrived damaged even though no one from OfferUp responded to any of my emails, let alone reached out for additional information or photos and there isn't anywhere to provide them on your site. Fix my issue and refund me
