@AdmiralUK trying to contact travel insurance customer service, your website says they are open 9-3 on Saturday. When I call, it says you’re shut. I’m stuck in Australia due our flight going through Qatar, are we able to make any claims on our policy for food and accommodation?

I’m stuck in Adelaide with my wife and kids, @qatarairways are so busy on the phones and the information is very limited and flights are booked of costing £6-10k
