Can you not say when as I am considering downgrading my phone and don’t want to do that if it really is just a few days away. You do keep saying next few weeks though

@HowdensJoinery - is it normal for my worktop to do this just days after a new kitchen installation and is it normal to ignore customer emails sent to you raising this as an issue?
