@OctopusEnergy is there a reason why the people who man your customer service emails can’t read? I moved address months ago and my online account is still for the old address and all your CS team do is apologise I can’t access my account and send password reset emails?

@Etsy why have you not stopped people from creating accounts with the name ‘Etsy’ in them? You know there’s a spate of scams out there and this simple fix would pretty much stop people from falling for it.

@FirstWestYorks I was on Friday but wasn’t as lucky last night. Once again a bus was late last night and I ended up paying to get an Uber home because I didn’t want to wait any longer at 11pm on a Monday.

@FirstBusnews want to explain how and why a bus that was already 20 mins late drove past with ‘not in service’ on the front and then drove back to the bus station? It’s not like it’s late at night and people need to get home…

@HMRCcustomers hi, I’ve recently started a new job and my tax code doesn’t seem correct based on the profit declared in my self assessment last year. Given there’s no phone line for a month how do I get this investigated so I’m not waiting two months for it to be corrected?

@HMRCcustomers It was 0T on the payslip but I’ve had a notification on the app it’s been changed to 525LX which seems far too low. I will be competing a tax return for last financial year.
