My take on all these is very simple, As a lady/woman your first priority to yourself is to make money for yourself. You must ensure you have a sustainable means of income and resources
Secondly, protect yourself by having a strong ability to earn
Thirdly, make money 🤑, yes lots of it in your name, Read books about finances, make money and protect it
Number 4, Again make money, just make it, have assets and protect it
You can and should have a will as a woman too , Yes , protect your money
The goal post will continue to shift and if you don't protect yourself you will suffer the consequences

Go read the book Smart money woman as a basic requirement.

At this point I'm tired.
I just heard a news that broke my heart once again
Nigeria just happened to a 21 year old and I'm angry.
The boy was rushed in as an emergency to my ward 3 weeks ago. He was screaming at the top of his lungs in serious pain and clutching his deformed leg.
He was coming from an outing that night and while trying to park his bike to urinate, he went too close to the edge of the gutter and fell in.
And while trying to manoeuvre the bike, the bike fell on him into the gutter breaking his thigh bone.
Upon seeing the deformity and swelling, I instantly made the diagnosis of femoral shaft fracture, resuscitated, measured the thigh circumference and referred to Eksuth.
He asked me, "Doctor, will I ever walk again?" and I told him, "Yes it's just a fracture and all you need is surgery, rehabilitation and you'd be back on your feet in 6 months"
I never bother to follow up.
Today, I was shown his picture as he just had the leg amputated.
His foolish parents discharged him against medical advise and took him to a traditional bone setter, who wrapped the leg in bandages and left him on the bed for weeks.
It was only after the leg started becoming dark that he was rushed back to the teaching hospital but it was already too late.
Imagine a 21 year old losing his leg in this Tinubu economy.
Even people like me with two legs are struggling.
His parents should be sentenced to life imprisonment.

A plastic surgeon at Johns Hopkins performed surgery on a child born without eyelids, circumcising him and replacing the missing lids with the harvested tissue.

The boy's new eyelids worked almost perfectly and, since they were made from his own tissue, rejection wasn’t a problem.

When speaking to reporters, though, the surgeon admitted that the boy does look a little cockeyed.
