The android app should be available on the Google Play store again and in-app credit purchases should also be working again. Sorry for any inconvenience, it has truly been a pain trying to communicate with Google Play to get this "issue" resolved.

They finally accepted our appeal at like 4am, but we got to go through the process of republishing the app and getting the update approved.

It's apparently because we used the word "Minecraft". In terms of Eula, there's no problem at all. @GooglePlay being Google, I guess.
