He does look so healthy and robust. Look at his strong muscles. He has a wonderful family and feels safe. The only touch he knows now is a loving hand, a pet, a treat. Familiar smells, a soft bed(s!), trips to the beach. I have Tears of Joy for dear Rocky. He may be b,ind but he can see and feel the love everywhere in his life now. 🥹
