@Raptor7theGoat @1981JaysFan @Jay613Sports @kbernknopf Looks like a reliable source? Do you need validation for your hot take. It doesn’t change the fact and as I have said all along if Springer called it that’s on Bo if not then Bo did the right thing. Pretty simple, but then again I never played tball.
@Raptor7theGoat @1981JaysFan @Jay613Sports @kbernknopf Did you watch 9 innings or that one play? Bo is the not the reason they lost up 8-1 heading to the 6th. But you stick with your Bo hating if that helps you get through this loss! Chin up. I am sure you will be cheering Bo next season!
@Raptor7theGoat @1981JaysFan @Jay613Sports @kbernknopf Hey stupid you think that was or is ever the intention. Plays happen and players have to react in a brief second. We all have opinions. There is a side where Springer may not have called it but could have called it early and none of this happens. Not the side you see
@CarrudoDon@n8t_harris@frankgunnphoto I just don’t think as a competitor athlete your instincts let you@just take a play off. I rather him go for it and be called off as the play should have been Either way sucks the way the season end. We need bullpen arms.
@1981JaysFan @Jay613Sports @kbernknopf @Raptor7theGoat Ha, so your saying a highly competitive althete should not attempt a play because the odds are not in his fever? Seriously give your head a shake any athlete tries there ass off to make a play for there team. This one did not end well grant it!
@n8t_harris@frankgunnphoto But if springer didn’t call it then why would Bo back off? Infielders are trained to go until outfielder calls it? We don’t know if it was called or not? Either way unfortunate play and disappointing outcome. Bullpen also needed to be better as did Vladdy
@ChainBanger666@frankgunnphoto@brianlilley Only thing right about this tweet is pitching does win and their bullpen was garbage yesterday and at times throughout the season. The collision shouldn’t have happen. But a bullpen in the playoffs should hold an 8-1 lead in 6th. Trade Bo?? Give your head a shake
@Raptor7theGoat @kbernknopf @1981JaysFan @Jay613Sports I don’t know if he called. As you don’t know if he did. Step back from the ledge. Trading Bo?? Give your head a shake. You want to trade Vladdy cause he went 1-8 or Manoa because he wasn’t great in gm 1. For someone thinks they know ball sure has some bad takes
@Raptor7theGoat @kbernknopf @1981JaysFan @Jay613Sports Not a good take at all. Infielders are supposed to go for the ball until called off simple as that. You think in a big moment he is just going to stop and say “I think George can get it”. No he goes after and George goes after it. It needs to be called early by the CF.
@Desibesi@espn@GeorgeSpringer2@BlueJays@SNJeffBlair It is the CF ball but if he doesn’t call it then the collision is on Springer. If he called it then it is on Bo. Either way should have been called early
@Raptor7theGoat @kbernknopf @1981JaysFan @Jay613Sports Has nothing to do with the CD running at the ball if not called his job is to keep going for. Simple way to avoid call it early, make the play or pull up and take it on a bounce. Either way Jays would have the lead.
@toews_e Such a bad take. Bo and all infielders are trained to track a ball until the OF calls it. If not called they keep going. Collision should never have happened. But likely Springers fault if he didn’t call it. If he did then that’s on Bo
@NolanFluke Infielders are trained to track the ball until OF calls them off. If Springer didn’t call it and call it early Bo did what he was supposed to. No reason the collision should have happened
@ClausiPeter It is his ball but he must call it and call it early otherwise the infielders need to go for it. If called and Bo didn’t pull off then that is on him. Otherwise Springer is as much to blame for the collision. Should never have happened
@TrueNorthSOS @polesky29@ArashMadani Either way it he was going to catch or not. It is CF ball but if he doesn’t call it and call early the infielder should keep going for it.
@ScottForbes20 Well aware of the stats and have lived the pain of those 10 losses. However it doesn’t make sense when they are maybe a tweak or two away. Yes they have to find a way to get over the hump. But blowing things up isn’t the answer to me
@JamieMay3 Agree but I am fearful do something that sets them back further. Hardest thing is to except the losses but see this is your best chance. Don’t get me wrong this sucks yet again!
