Why is it that you cannot reach an actual person at @FedEx about a delivery. Watched the driver stop in my drive and then just drive off - probably did not want to bring my 100lb package to 3rd floor. Grrr Last heavy box was left on 1st floor 🤬

@FedExHelp - I have heavy package scheduled for delivery today. Watched your driver stop at my condo then drive off. No Package left. The last time he delivered a heavy package left on the first floor when I live on the 3rd. Had to pay to have it brought up. Grrr
