@GreatmenArs Liverpool's front line of Suarez, Salah, Mane and Owen is relentless, Gerrard pulls the strings, and Van Dijk plus Alisson shut the door. United's Ronaldo-Rooney-Cantona threat is huge but the Reds control the final.

Liverpool 3-1 Manchester United.

Swimming is for everyone. No matter your age, background, ability, or learning style — everyone deserves the chance to feel safe and confident in and around water.

From visual aids to signing and sensory-friendly sessions, inclusive teaching helps every child take their first strokes toward a lifetime of water confidence.

To mark today’s theme, STA’s Aquatic Development Officer, Jodie, has shared some British Sign Language alphabet signing. 👏
