@portlandgeneral@OHAOregon Rush Hour Rewards and Time Of Day don't mesh well. You started Rush Hour at 4 today, but on-peak pricing didn't kick in until 5. So, you shifted some of my mid-peak AC load into on-peak when Rush Hour finished at 7. Maybe you need a different TOD schedule for summer?
