🚨 $TAO HAS REBOUNDED FROM THE BLUE BAND. IT IS STILL IN THE LOWER PART OF THIS LONG-TERM PRICE MODEL.

Look at @decodejar Tensor Law chart.

On September 23, $TAO was $287.29, back in the green Value band after trading in blue earlier this year.

In 2023, price spent months around the lower bands touched twice before the major rally into 2024. Later in 2024, it reached red again.

That is the history worth watching .

In 2026 we have also touched the blue band twice.

Two periods of weakness. A recovery underway. Could another move toward the upper bands follow?

History gives us a reason to pay attention. Whether this becomes the same setup depends on what price does next.

The bands rise with time because that is how the model works.

It cannot guarantee us a floor, force a recovery or tell us when another rally arrives.

BUT:

My conviction still has to come from what Bittensor builds: useful services, paying customers and economics that reward the network.

The businesses being built underneath it are the opportunity.

May 19, 2026. $TAO at $257. Flashing A Discount. Below the 50th percentile median. Sitting in the lower bands while the model's runway extends to 2036.

What fading this means.

AI isn't a trend. It is the fastest capital deployment cycle in modern economic history.

AI is projected to reach $2.52 trillion in 2026, up 44% from approximately $1.75 trillion in 2025

In Q1 2026 alone, global AI venture funding shattered records, hitting $242 billion (representing 80% of all VC dollars spent globally in three months).

Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Meta committed over $300B in combined infrastructure capex in 2024–2025.

Goldman Sachs projects AI adds $7 trillion to global GDP.

The IMF called it structural, not cyclical.

And agents are going to dwarf all of that.

The total economic value handled or created by the agentic economy could scale to $20 trillion by 2035, split between $15 trillion in enterprise transactions and $5 trillion in consumer retail actions

Every knowledge-work task running on human labor today is a candidate.

This is not a chatbot upgrade.
This is an economy-layer transition. Chatbots are just the appetizer. Bittensor is the complete infrastructure.

$TAO is not a bet on one AI company winning. It is the rail underneath all of it when decentralization wins.

Inference, compute, voice AI, drug discovery, financial intelligence, adversarial robustness. Its all Real products. With Real revenue potential.

Historically.

Bitcoin at a power law discount in 2015, 2019, 2022. Each time felt like the end. Each time was the setup. The model does not care about sentiment. It tracks the underlying adoption curve. Adoption curves for foundational infrastructure do not stop until the technology is either replaced or ubiquitous.

$TAO also has a halving.

Supply compresses on a fixed schedule while demand for decentralized compute expands. The same asymmetry Bitcoin holders understood in 2012 and again in 2016.

Look at the chart. The bands extend to 2036. We are still in the first third of this runway. Be ready.
