.@UniWatch Never seen this before, but it happened twice in yesterday's Notre Dame game. Two Captains had the top layer of their captaincy patch ripped off during the game. Kinda dig the gold only accident. Interesting the "C" is really double layered when the numbers are not.

@Cobylefko This is a slight oversimplification of office>resi conversion. Have done 150x450 floor plate conversions of former GSA props in Alexandria, VA. Key is local governments willing to relax codified rules (aka: outdated) to multifamily residential construction to allow for new ideas.
