They also killed two men: the Head Deacon & Youth Chairman of the village.

■The bloodshed didn't stop there. Last night, Thingphai & C. Kotlen villages came under attack from NSCN-IM & its proxy Kamson faction. For the villagers of C. Kotlen, this nightmare is a horrific repetition of history, the village was entirely decimated in the 1990s during the Kuki genocide orchestrated by the Tangkhul-led NSCN-IM.
