@UKVolkswagen booked my car in for a service through your website @ArnoldClark Glasgow Southside. Websites great, gives prices etc. Now being told the price on the website doesn’t include dealership labour, they charge £100 more for a Haldex service, surely labour is included?

@ACHelpTeam I’m waiting on a call back from the service department to confirm. They have advised in future not to book with @UKVolkswagen and to book direct with you, as you can’t honour the fixed price service offered on the @UKVolkswagen website. Surely that can’t be correct?
