@TerenceHari @yiqinfu I think to make it work, you need a limited selection of films, or a very large number of voters. Or both. have the same mechanic as you have already, but instead of showing you an individual list it will show you the quadratic vote ranking amongst the group.

you got me thinking there could be something cool related to film (ideally incorporated into letterboxd as a way for the community to do polls, year-end lists etc.), but it doesn't make sense for individual lists.

@TerenceHari definitely curious and supportive to see what this becomes! but quadratic voting doesn't make sense for individual lists - not better than doing a personal top 20 or something. It would be interesting for a collective poll though...
