.@Oxxio the worst customer service. Our home is not compatible with your and @KPN setup which was confirmed by the installer. However, we are unable to get it out of the contract?
@Oxxio@KPN And while you are at it. It would be great if @Oxxio & @KPN can look into your records and speak to the installer who came and confirmed the technical issue at our home.
.@Oxxio & @KPN how are customers to know if your hardware is compatible with your home, if hardware is sent a week before installation, you sign over a month ago and you have 14days to cancel from date of signing up? #shameful
