@NotiPlay_ All I can say is keep hitting them where it hurts. Cancel any subscription Ms you may have, boycott their games, and while we're years out absolutely under no circumstances buy a PS6.
@nickjcal There's a pit in my stomach from all this. I loved all 3 Doom games, and honestly TDA is my favorite. I get it didn't click for some people, and that Game Pass cannibalized the sales, but it still just seems so senseless to me.
@TheDoomDominion@business This is absolutely insane. They've gutted the studio if the headcount of ~200 is accurate. It makes no sense why they would choose this studio to annihilate, but I know they didn't give them a chance at freedom because they want to keep the IP for themselves to churn it out.
@dkdolphino@GoronOfHell I don't think it did a good job of being distinguishing enough. As another comment said, it might have been the audio mixing, but I think it was also an issue of the soundtrack itself. It wasn't on the same level as the gameplay, it worked more as background noise.
@VeltisLeEvil@therealmia666 Considering they were advertising it for years as a narrative RPG with choices and consequences, I just thought that it was a potential outcome not something set in stone. Was disappointed, really wish they let you spend more time with him to build that friendship.
@Unexpected1227@XBOX I would not literally want a New Vegas 2, but the idea of more studios having a shot if not Obsidian making another entry. Like in New Orleans as previous rumors mentioned, or following up with the Fallout Lonestar pitch that was made by a modder years ago.
@PlayStation Did you think the Xbox layoffs would shield you from your own fuck up? People don't forget so easily.
Fuck you, you parasitic fucks. True ownership needs to become an inalienable right.
@Gilbeezyskit93@Tyler_McV I was about to say that exactly. It's an incredible engine and should have seen more funding and more push into being incorporated for other projects. This seems so idiotic and short sighted.
