We are grateful to be part of the 6% of Hispanic/Latinx physicians in the US but evidently we have strides left to be made. We need our frontline workers to represent our population in order to properly address the needs of our community!!

The solstice is doing some heavy lifting to let me leave the hospital while the sun is out on my first day. Lots of room for learning to be more efficient but left the list smaller than it started and without any moribund patients so gonna count that as a win.
