@joelle_emerson Haha, omg that's madness :) We got the docs together and then had both parents present -- made appt month in advance at Marina post office where they took photo and processed. So, able to avoid the notary step at least.
@RomeenSheth Agree. Many of the valuations assume the most optimistic growth scenario is self-executing (any operator knows that is far from true) and don't price in the probability of failure.
