@BandQ your gift card scheme is a joke. It would be good if you actually had decent products. The majority of your online are verified sellers. Looking for a new BBQ sold by B&Q 34 items. Verified sellers 806 items that I can't use a gift card for. Out door furniture is worse.
@Uber_Support just had some of the worst customer service for a wrong order being delivered that I have ever experienced. Didn't even refund the delivery fee as they should have done as we had to reorder and then pay delivery.

I will be raising a formal complaint against him as it's pure laziness. I tracked his position today and saw him in the same location for an hr and a half and then before the delivery time marked it as delivered. If the next status is at post office that is a lie.
@parcelforce one of your driver's piotr has failed to deliver my items twice in a because no one was in apparently. I phoned the north west depot about this and they even gave him my number to ring which he didn't. I have another parcel due to be delivered tomorrow. It won't be.
@parcelforce delivery routes seem to be badly planned. Driver was delivering close to the flat and yet delivery was for 6 hrs later. Ended up with the delivery being marked as (can't find address) that's because they were 5 miles away.
